Sounds like theres no cable connection or youve lost your settings

Er11_ Unable to Tune to Home Frequency
Er12_ Unable to Tune to any of the last NIT defined frequencies

sounds like ur network id has been reset to 09999
it needs setting to ur area
and the default doing

by the way my box does not have a RS232 port on it

is this box a 4010 ? if so then your in pure area yh ?

remove the lid of box inside youll see a little red jumper near the battery, remove the jumper, (just pull it off) leave it off for a few minutes,after putting jumper back on, boot into EM and set your pin then let it boot up as normal, now LEAVE IT ALONE. might take about 20 mins to sort itself out, but it will do.

NUMBERS RANDOMLY FLASHING ON DISPLAY.....all these on box display is normal while its sorting itself out.
