One day I was sitting watching the STV sports news and there was wee Mo sitting with Billy McNeil in Parkhead wearing a Celtic top, telling the press how happy he was to be back to Celtic and how they were the only Scottish team he would have signed with. Next day, Le Petite Merde was sitting in a Rangers top next to Souness!
Bold moves by both men. I fooking hated Le Petite Merde at the time but looking back on it he had some balls, as did Souness. It changed the way Rangers had been ran since conception, which, let's face it wasn't very nice.
