No, I was not aware of the auto location of incoming emails in Outlook. I use Outlook at work but have not really looked into the configuration options. I have an Office 2003 disk so might install it on my personal PC to have a look around.

The thing I like about Outlook Express and the identity feature is the "completeness & isolation" of each identity, there is no mingling of emails from accounts when it is set up correctly.

I am considering switching back to XP Pro as O/S with a bricopack installed to give me the Vista appearances but with the XP engine under the bonnet. That would get me Outlook Express back and also get me out of Vista (cannot stand it).
