Hi i have been about for a while..
my freind has obtained an ART card which i have taken a read of,i already know the card is ******* by russians it a basic wafercard and only seems to have expiry?
Can it be cloned?
or expiry changed via vialliaz?
do i need to change provider and ird?
any help appreciated,I know he's being ripped off,as he's paying £90 for 6months..
any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated and used in the appropriate manner.
I already have the ***** vialliaz for the viaaccess art card.
Sorry this my 2nd post...
i am not suggesting that anthing illegal being done,just purely for educational purposes..
Any info on the Vialliaz program,and or the ART card would be greatly appreciated..
