I have used the 1501 and it runs fine under xp - using mdpai/vplug it will decrypt all channels np - it's not quite as good as a floppydtv/joker combo but it is a third of the price and on anything less than 32" I doubt u woudl see the difference |
i've got a TT2300c (2100c) and TT1500c (1501c) and have used softcam with the 2300 although a few years ago fenrir and yankse, vplug will work.
The downside to the card is even though it is a 'premium', more expensive card than the budget 1500, there are no bda drivers, therefore no supprt in a lot of the apps like mediaportal, myth tv etc.....i've used ritzdvb, my theatre and now the TT premium DVB-TV.
TT always stated they would have bda drivers for premium cards, but the last time i checked there weren't any....haven't checked in a while though
