I have a Pace DTR 730 ondigital box that is locked out with the message "retry1 n9 update error" the box does not respond to any amount of button pressing or powering up.

Can anyone help? Can I take it anywhere to have it repaired it is not registered so I can't contact pace or ondigital.

Is there any softwear that I can download by computer and then program the box via the serial port.
