    Belkin N1 --- F5D8231-4

    I have a Belkin N1 Router. Model Number F5D8231-4

    I've been having a bad perfomance issue with it and wanted to upgrade the firmware.

    However in the upgrade menu, the box is greyed out so it won't let me select a new firmware. This wasn't always so.

    Any Ideas Guys

    just noticed mine was like that too. didnt know there was an update im still on F5D8231-4_WW_2.01.19

    Is there maybe a tool or something that can be used to update the firmware manually. I know some older routers I've owned had them?

    Hi guys has anyone managed how to get a new firmware on?? My browse button will not highlight so i cant get any firmware on it.
    Tried a factory reset and its still the same. Also Cannot connect to the firmware information server, when i click the check firmware button i just get .
    Cannot connect to the firmware information server,
    please double check the wan connection. Wish i had stayed with my netgear to be honest Belkin seems to be a nightmare.

    same here m8, the update feature never detected updates so always did manually but cant now either way

    Mine was fine until i put 2.01.19 on it now i'm stuck like i said, no options left cant auto or manualy upgrade.Bloody Belkin knew i shouldnt have been lured in by those sexy blue icons the netgear was dull but worked a treat. lol

    Dont it just ,got a bit of a blue led problem need therapy. lol They could put blue leds in just about anything and i would buy it. Mrs hates it ,says it looks like Blackpool in our livingroom. Shes got no taste.lol
