Is there maybe a tool or something that can be used to update the firmware manually. I know some older routers I've owned had them?
2nd September 2007, 16:55 #6Hi guys has anyone managed how to get a new firmware on?? My browse button will not highlight so i cant get any firmware on it.
Tried a factory reset and its still the same. Also Cannot connect to the firmware information server, when i click the check firmware button i just get .
Cannot connect to the firmware information server,

Belkin N1 --- F5D8231-4 - Wired and Wireless Networking - DigitalWorldz - Satellite, Cable, Console Forums;
I have a Belkin N1 Router. Model Number F5D8231-4 I've been having a bad perfomance issue with it and wanted to upgrade the firmware. However in the upgrade menu, the box is greyed out so it won't let me select a new firmware. This wasn't always so. Any Ideas Guys Thanks I Advance...
