Hi Guys!!

Been away from this scene for some time just got back and need to catch up on many things.

I have noted since my last visit that the new V+ TV Drive's can now be used as a moded box??

I was wondering that if I got one of these via V*rgin Media on the basic package and then managed to get the BK from the paired card would I be able to use it with a Fun or Atmega card to watch all channels and rather than modify the box in any way (disable Talkback etc) use the 50db return path filter which can be bought from Flea-bay.

Basicaly in this way I would use a genuine box with no mod apart from use a fun card and use the return path filter when using a modded card.

Yes what you have said would work fine.......However you shouldn't mod your subbed kit in any way.... Even glitching the card can leave a data mark on the card

Is there no way of getting the necessary without marking the card?

Nope....Only way to get BK off a V+ at the moment is to glitch the card
