Here's the all-in-one easy installer for people who are currently running any OE based firmware.
Simply copy the 'M33UPDATE_351' folder into PSP/GAME150 and execute it, simple.

Team M33 have released another update patch for their custom firmware. This EBOOT adds a new “No-UMD” mode option configurable through the recovery console.
No UMD mode options:
Normal -> this is the normal one that requires an UMD.
OE isofs legacy -> this is the OE noumd, that will be still kept at the moment.
M33 Driver -> this is the new NO-UMD mode added in this update.
To install, copy “noumdm33″ to “/PSP/GAME150/” and load it up.
M33 Team notes:
The compatibility of new mode has still to be more tested, but we have seen that some games like GTA LCS and Xyanide Resurrection that didn’t work in the old mode, work now. This new mode doesn’t use the Sony ISO loader, but it is inspired by it.
By the way, those who have yet to apply the WLAN fix, this will take care of that too. Enjoy!
cheers, gonna apply this now

Update: Shortly after releasing update #4, M33-5 slaps you in the face.
This update (yet another) fixes two important bugs in the no-umd mode. The bugs affected Socom 2, Virtual Tennis 3 and probably many more games.
Team M33 mentioned it required more testing… Thus, update patch #4 for custom firmware 3.51 M33.
M33-4 is an accumulative update which fixes the previous known problem with WLAN, adds [improved] No UMD mode support, plus…
Bugfix for the released yesterday no-umd. This should fix the exit to the XMB with error 80020001
that happened to some people, or reduce its appearance.
Added plugins options for homebrew that use 1.50 kernel. The file to be used for it, is ms0:/seplugins/game150.txt.
There is other bugfix, but we don’t know if it will make much difference in compatibility.
In order to make compatibility tests, please remember that your ISO shouldn’t be more than 54 chars.
