Discuss error 20 0n a pace at the General Cable Discussion within the DigitalWorldz - Satellite, Cable, Console Forums; can anyone help me i have a pace box and when i put power cable in error 20 comes up is there a fix for this...

    error 20 0n a pace

    can anyone help me i have a pace box and when i put power cable in error 20 comes up is there a fix for this

    heres a few . looks like its trying to lock on and update or get signal


    Err1_ CRC fail across Primary Loader image.
    Err2_ No longer used.
    Err3_ Insufficient NVRAM
    Err4_ Flash Fail or can't find platform object
    Err5_ NVRAM not found

    Tuning Sequence Related Errors

    Er10_ Unable to Tune to Last frequency
    Er11_ Unable to Tune to Home Frequency
    Er12_ Unable to Tune to any of the last NIT defined frequencies
    Er13_ Unable to scan for a frequency
    Er14_ Unable to scan for a symbol rate
    Er16_ Unable to tune to hardcoded frequency

    Input Stream Errors

    Er20_ Timeout on receiving NIT
    Er21_ Timeout on receiving PAT
    Er22_ Timeout on receiving PMT
    Er23_ Timeout on receiving object data
    Er24_ Timeout on receiving TDT
    Er25_ Sync loss has occurred on the input stream

    in this case the error chart above is wrong!!!!
    since the elapsed time is insufficient for the nit timeout error to be correct..

    This is likely a corrupted flash or 1 of the 2 atties is fooked.

    solution - first reflow (may cure it but i doubt it)
    second remove them and reprogramme with a working dump or find a donor box with another fault and swap the atties out - but be careful that the model number tallies exactly if you do this..
