Feedback Score: 0 reviews | not as such no you have to do th following Code: Guide On How To Dev-sign A Sis File As u might have noticed nowadays apps r *****ed but not signed thats cause new security code has been introduced which prevents leechers to d/l n instal directly or for free as now it would be needing ur imei certificate included if u have to install.Take the future in ur hands n create ur own certificate with this app. Requesting moderators to make this post STICKY.I've spent an entire day creating this guide Some appreciation would definitely be a motivation.Plz click on the rep switch if u like my post.Remember today or tomm u WILL need this to install apps on ur cell phone ofcourse if u havent bought the app. Note : In this guide I will be signing an app called "xyz" as an example. When you sign a real app, simply substitute "xyz" with the actual app name. Tools Required : 1. SignSIS Files Attached File signsis_files.zip ( 489.34k ) 2. Register an account on www.symbiansigned.com 3. DevCertRequest Tool Attached File DevCertRequest_30_10_2006_v2.0.rar ( 3.54mb ) Guide : 1. Create a new folder on your desktop containing the unsigned SIS and the two files from signsis_files.zip. 2. Open the DevCertRequest tool that you downloaded and installed as per item 3 above under Tools Required. You must now create a name and an output directory for the cert request you will be creating. Give it any name and choose the folder that you created in step 1 for the output directory. Then hit next. For Eg if u r saving the files on the desktop then it should be typed n not browsed to the location: C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop\New Folder\smart manager.csr 3. On the next screen, check No. Then next to "Private key file" browse to the folder you created in step 1 and give your key file the same name you've been using. Then click on Open. Insert the same link but w/o ,csr this time. 4. Make the password 12345 and then re-enter it. 5. Populate the required fields on the next screen with ANY data and then click next. 6. Now you will have to add your device's IMEI number to the cert. Follow the guide in the image below and if you do not know your device's IMEI, enter *#06# on your device in the standby screen. 7. Highlight all of the "Application Capabilities" and click Add. 8. On the final screen simply click Finish. 9. You will now see four new files in the folder you created in step 1. 10. Now go to www.symbiansigned.com and log in. 11. Click on the "My Symbian Signed" tab, then click on "Developer Certificates". 12. Click "Request" under "Developer Certificates". Then browse to the CSR file in the folder you created in step 1. Once the CSR is uploaded, simply click on "My DevCerts" in the menu on the left and you will see a link to download your newly created certificate (CER file). Save it in the folder you created in step 1. You now have everything you need to sign your SIS file. Open by clicking on edit auto_signsis.bat in MS Notepad. You will see that it currently contains the following : CODE:signsis xyz.sis xyz_signed.sis xyz.cer xyz.key 12345 Replace every "xyz" as appropriate. So if your unsigned file (and all of the files you named above) is called "MyApp", then the text in the batch file should read : CODE signsis MyApp.sis MyApp_signed.sis MyApp.cer MyApp.key 12345 Save the batch file (choose Save, not Save As) and exit. Now just go back to the folder you created in step 1 and double-click on auto_signsis.bat. Your newly signed SIS file will be created in the same folder for you to install and enjoy. |

Feedback Score: 0 reviews | ok heres the unsigned copy, just sign it with your IMEI. Code: http://rapidshare.com/files/36588143/R66Mobilev7.3.486.N95_unsigned.rar Then install onto device. BEFORE running the program, create a directory in system/apps/route66 called "maps". In the maps directory, place a map file. Then you can run the app and follow the instructions in the rar to activate it. How to sign apps Step-to-step tutorial For this guide I'm going to call the file I am trying to sign "Unsigned File.sisx". Obviously you need to make sure you change this to the file name in all instances. 1) Go to Code: https://www.symbiansigned.com/ and register a new account (be careful: you must insert your correct IMEI in the registration form!) 2) Go to My Simbian Signed--> Developer Certificates and download DevCertRequest tool. Direct link: Code: https://www.symbiansigned.com/DevCertRequest_30_10_2006_v2.0.exe 4) It's time to create the certification request: open the DevCertRequest application you just installed and fill in the fields like this: Use the key you just downloaded. Private keyfile password: 31536u2 5) Insert your IMEI no. and add all application capabilities: 6) Click on finish and your Certificate Request will be created. You can find this file in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\(Your UserName) 7) Go back to Symbian Signed website and go to My Symbian Signed --> Developer Certificates --> Request direct link: Code: https://www.symbiansigned.com/app/barclayhtml/devcert/requestupload.jsp 8) Go to My Symbian Signed --> Developer Certificates --> My DevCert direct link: Code: https://www.symbiansigned.com/app/page/devcert/certListdownload use Signsis to sign the app all things attached here Code: http://rapidshare.com/files/36594141/signing.rar
