Hello mate, when did you get it.
Mate of mine got it a few weeks ago, then phoned waited till the other day and basically called their customer services. Told them that he had recieved his bill and it said £35 a month. They said "yes thats how much it costs" He told them when he had ordered the sky package he was told it was told that it was going to £25. They said that that might have been because he got a £10 online discount. He told them no he was definetly told £25 and that he simply could not afford £35....

Anyway gist of is that after explaining to them he could not afford it and that they need to help him. They ended up charging for the skyPlus and multiroom but gave him free basic package for 6 months. So charging him £20 for 6months.

Goes to show always worth a plead
