i have a packard bell club 50 400mhz when it stats to loadup it says too many parameters? . What does this mean ? ok thanks

sounds to me that one of the commands that are used to boot your machine into its operating system may have too many instructions (parameters) on its command line or they may be corrupt... corruption can be caused by a new program youve installed just before this all started .. try booting into safw mode and removing the program.. if not that do a step by step boot to see where it all goes wrong then remove command line and see if its ok then
